WATCH: Good Samaritans Help Burgled Miami Family

Good Samaritan Miami

Just days after a single mother of three had her home and holiday cheer robbed, Good Samaritans give her something to be thankful for.

Locals came to the aid of Liberty City resident Schanttia Miller, whose Miami apartment was ransacked Monday by burglars who entered through windows that Miller had reported to her landlord as broken, WSVN reported. Much of her livelihood and personal effects, including electronics, furniture, and clothing, were stolen — but just in time for a joyous holiday, Miller received some much needed aid.

“I saw the three little girls, you know, and I was a single mom,” Mary Perez recounted as she delivered food, clothes, electronics, and even “something sparkly” for Miller and her daughters. “Today, I just talked to my daughters and we kinda just did it.”

Check out the heartwarming donation in the video above, and head over to WSVN.com for more.
