Aaron Winston of Plano, Texas, joined HuffPost Live Friday to share his story of living with autism, and how he landed a great job as a staff video game designer at the nonPareil Institute. Aaron is part of a growing group of autistic workers finding new job opportunities, a trend that was featured recently in The New York Times Magazine.

An opportunity to work with the nonPareil Institute changed everything for Winston, and he excelled in game programming.

“I feel that I’m growing every day, my skills at interacting with friends inside and out of work,” he told HuffPost Live. “I feel that my challenges are really small right now.”
